Our spacious newly built 1st floor, 2 bedroom, corner apartment is situated in a peaceful, semi−residential area with only a 9 mins walk to the blue flag beach of La Mata. Our apartment has a lovely large balcony with sea views and overlooks 2 communal swimming pools, which are surrounded by well maintained gardens. There are 2 lifts within the apartment building. Although in a quiet location, you are only 5 mins walk away from local shops, bars, restaurants and also an internet cafe! Torrevieja town is only a 5 mins drive or bus journey (which takes a bit longer!). Perfectly located for the family beach holiday or the golf enthusiast as there are 3 championship golf courses within 15 mins drive.

The bright lounge/dining room has an extendable table and 4 chairs, a sofa/bed(double), coffee table, dresser and ceiling fan. There is a TV, DVD/CD player. Access through patio doors to terrace.
Outside
Lovely large corner terrace with table and chairs. Residents and guests only communal pool, open April − October, which is manned by a lifeguard during the peak months. Well maintained gardens.

Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach/swimming towels.
Activities
Golf
Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are 3 fabulous, championship golf courses within a 15 minute drive.
They are all pay as you play and offer other facilities for non−golfers such as bar, restaurant, tennis and swimming pool. Bring your handicap certificate if you wish to play.
Coast/beach
Nearly all the beaches in Torrevieja have been awarded the Blue Flags, an endorsement of the cleanliness of the waters and beaches.
At La Mata beach, near the apartment there is a large area of sand dunes which have been reclaimed and now support a wonderful boardwalk which you can walk along into La Mata itself.
According to the WHO the climate in the area is one of the healthiest in the world. This is mainly due to the Salt Lakes in the area.
Travel
We are approx 35 mins drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports. Car hire is convenient, but not essential as the buses run frequently to Torrevieja town and Alicante from the nearby bus stop.
Torrevieja town is a 20 min walk or 5 min drive. There are 4 cities within an hours drive, Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west & Cartegena to the south.
Further details
As well as golf there are an abundance of activities you can enjoy − water sports, horse riding, safari park, go−karting, shopping and sightseeing, which are all close by.
If markets are your thing, a big, popular local market is held in Torrevieja town. Other markets are held in nearby towns almost every other day of the week.
Notes
The apartment is suitable for all of the family. Children are welcome and as there are 2 lifts, is suitable for the elderly and infirm. Long term rentals welcome, please email for details. Sorry − No smoking inside the apartment but it's ok on the balcony.
Booking notes
A non−refundable deposit of £50 per week is required at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to departure.
If your booking is less than 6 weeks before departure then please send the total amount at the time of booking.
A refundable damage deposit of £75 is payable with final payment.
